Review Concierge is now EMPATHIQ. We are the same company and the same team, and we are still focused on helping health providers monitor, manage, and optimize their online reviews. But in listening to our customers — we’ve learned that the greatest value that comes from patient reviews is instructive. It reflects in-the-moment patient feedback, feelings, and insights that help us deliver better care. We want to help health providers, hospitals, and health systems learn how to get better reviews — but more importantly we want to help health providers listen to their patient so they can deliver better patient experience.
This is more than just a name change for us. As part of our transition to EMPATHIQ, we will be adding new features, services, and product enhancements based on customer feedback. In the next several weeks and months, we will introduce new website focused on connecting reviews to better patient experience and instructional content. We will deliver an improved user experience for our report cards, a central user interface to manage review optimization and reporting, and deep insights to inform patient experience decisions.
